GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)
1. PREAMBLE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales of 3D-printed parts for airsoft and airgun, made on the e-commerce website Templar Design by Fabien Cazalet, registered under number 87962503600030 and based at 4 chemin de maître Nicolas 25320 Chemaudin-Et-Vaux, France. Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS The products sold are 3D-printed accessories intended for airsoft and airgun use. They are not functional firearm replicas.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Any order is confirmed upon full payment.
- The entrepreneur reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of illegal use of the products.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Prices are listed in euros, tax-exempt (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Carte Bleue.
- Payments are secured via encryption protocols.
4. DELIVERY
- Shipping within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery via Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay or Relais Colis in France and internationally.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- In case of delay, the customer will be notified via email.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
- In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Exception: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- In case of return, the product must be intact and returned at the customer's expense.
6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
- Legal compliance guarantee of 2 years according to Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
- The entrepreneur cannot be held liable for misuse of the products.
- The use of 3D-printed parts must comply with current regulations on airsoft and airgun.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
- Collected data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
- Customers may exercise their rights to access, modify, or delete their data by contacting support@templar-design.com.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These GTCS are governed by French law.
- In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
- Competent court: Besançon.
